Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Taking charge of a global portfolio of mobile app promotion clients, leading, managing, and
    fostering their growth.
  • Continuously identifying and pursuing new avenues for cross-selling and upselling Mobile
    Arts' solutions to existing clients.
  • Cultivating enduring, long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction
    and loyalty.
  • Exploring, testing, and implementing new technical processes with partners to effectively
    cross-sell Mobile Arts solutions.
  • Coordinating campaign performance management, ensuring smooth and efficient
    campaigns while tracking any issues or errors that may arise.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular and clear communication
    to understand their marketing goals, challenges, and feedback.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns leveraging expertise in strategic
    planning and execution, including proficient knowledge in digital analytics to calculate ROI
    (Return on Investment) and optimize campaign performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's specific
    needs and objectives. This may involve coordinating with different teams within the agency,
    such as marketing strategists, creative teams, content creators, and data analysts.
  • Nurturing and strengthening relationships with clients by providing excellent customer
    service, and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or products to existing clients, thereby
    increasing the agency's revenue from these accounts.
  • Handling any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project or campaign,
    ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain client satisfaction
  • Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
    provide clients with valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Working towards maintaining long-term client relationships by consistently delivering value
    and demonstrating the agency's expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Proven Two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
    Another language would be a plus.
  • Understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers,
    Digital Media etc.
  • Proactive, disciplined, highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple
    tasks simultaneously in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and colleagues.
  • Commercial and technical awareness.
  • Good numerical, analytical and research skills to evaluate campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, calculating ROI, and optimizing performance
    metrics.

Performance Marketing Executive

Mobile Arts is seeking a dynamic "Performance Marketing Executive" to drive the success of our paid campaigns. If you have a passion for maximizing ROI and possess the following skills and qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns for maximum ROI.

Set up and promote campaigns across various platforms (Google ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Handle App installs and WEB campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance.

Track and compare results using third-party tools like Power BI and Adjust.

Collaborate with the Client's growth team for new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Maintain daily vigilance and consistent follow-up on digital marketing campaigns to prevent lapses and ensure ongoing, day-to-day monitoring.

Perform A/B testing and refine ROI to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Formulate targeted strategies to effectively reach and engage the desired audience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
 
• Developing, testing, and maintaining our Angular TypeScript-based platform with .NET
Core backend
•  Designing and implementing new features and enhancements
•  Working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality, scalable,
and maintainable code
•  Troubleshooting and debugging issues
•  Mentoring junior developers
•  Contributing to the overall architecture and design of the platform
•  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features
•  Participating in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code
