Mobile Arts is looking for a seasoned Client Account Manager to manage and develop
relationships with our Odoo ERP clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client
satisfaction, overseeing successful Odoo implementations, and acting as a trusted
advisor to help clients maximize their return on investment with Odoo.
● Key Responsibilities:
○ Managing assigned client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with Odoo
ERP.
○ Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend
the best Odoo solutions.
○ Overseeing Odoo implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time
and within budget.
○ Providing ongoing support and training to clients on using Odoo effectively.
○ Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Odoo services.
● Qualifications:
○ Experience of 2 years in customer relationship management, preferably with a
focus on ERP systems.
○ Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functionalities and best practices.
○ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
○ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
○ Proven track record of building strong and successful client relationships.
