As an Account Executive at Mobile Arts, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and achieving business objectives. Your role will involve understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking the progress of campaigns to deliver exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Communicate client needs, goals, and objectives to internal teams and ensure alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media buyers, designers, finance) to ensure smooth and efficient campaign launches.
- Ensure campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization processes are properly implemented.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using data analytics tools and platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions to existing clients.
- Collaborate with Account Manager(s) to develop strategies for growing client revenue.
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Manage and track invoicing, billing, and payments with clients as required.
Qualifications
- Digital Advertising, User Acquisition, and Business Development skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising is a plus.
- Team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
