Mobile Arts is looking for a Sales of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients within the performance marketing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, user acquisition strategies, and affiliate marketing to help clients achieve their goals while contributing to AdsTech’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential clients in industries such as mobile apps, gaming, content creation, and e-commerce.
- Building long-term relationships with clients by providing customized performance marketing solutions.
- Boosting client app downloads, user engagement, and retention.
- Landing Page Optimization: Develop secure and high-performing landing pages for user acquisition.
- Managing and promoting high-quality affiliate traffic with competitive payouts.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored sales strategies and proposals.
- Working closely with the Media Buying and Operations teams to ensure campaign performance meets client expectations.
- Providing client feedback to enhance service offerings and drive innovation.
- Tracking report sales metrics, campaign performance, and client satisfaction.
- Preparing detailed client performance reports and present actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the performance marketing or advertising industry.

- Leveraging platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Utilizing analytical tools like Google Analytics and Tableau for campaign analysis.
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

- Strong knowledge of user acquisition strategies, media buying, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
