Mobile Arts is looking for a Mid-Senior Multimedia Designer with a strong understanding of visual communication and expertise in creating impactful designs and videos. The ideal candidate can translate ideas of different brands and technology products and services into visually compelling designs that convey clear messages.
Responsibilities
- Create multimedia content for social media, digital ads, videos, and print materials that align with marketing strategies and convey messages and complex tech concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual content for service launches and promotional campaigns.
- Transform text-based information into impactful visuals for various platforms, including social media, and presentations.
- Design animations and motion graphics that captivate and engage audiences while adhering to brand guidelines. (Create 3D characters and animations)
- Oversee video production across various platforms, including capturing, concept development, storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
- Optimize multimedia content for performance across web, mobile, and print platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency across all content.
- Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and audience preferences, ensuring all deliverables remain relevant and innovative.
- Support paid ad campaigns, including Google Ads and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute branding strategies to align visuals with the brand identity and improve audience perception of a brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD) or other multimedia design tools (Figma)
- Expertise in video production, motion graphics, animation, and video capturing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and creating multimedia content for platforms like social media, websites, and print.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of how to convey complex technical messages through visuals in a way that engages non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to create content tailored to different audiences.
- Conceptual Thinking: Ability to analyze information and transform it into visually engaging design concepts that effectively convey the intended message.
- Research Proficiency: Strong research skills to understand target audiences, their needs, and the goals behind each design project.
